Complaints procedure

The Practice has a complaints procedure in place and aims to investigate complaints in an open and efficient way, with a positive outcome.

We will maintain confidentiality at all times.

Aim for complaints to be resolved quickly through immediate response and subsequent investigation.

In the interest of safety and quality any lessons learnt through the procedure will be identified and changes put in place to prevent re-occurance.

Complaints should be made in writing to the practice and addressed to the principal Ajitha Rahim.
